MicroSD memory Card

 

microSD card (Also known as: "TransFlash") is one of the smallest flash memory cards on the market today. Smaller than miniSD cards, and also based on the SD card format, microSD memory cards measure roughly 15mm x 11mm in size - about the size of a little finger fingernail. This makes them ideal for use in mobile phones. There are adapters which allow a microSD card to be used in devices intended for SD, miniSD, Memory Stick Duo and even USB cards. The newer microSDHC format has been developed to allow for cards of up to 32GB in size.
